Pricing and booking policy
To secure your booking, accept your proposal and booking terms and pay a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
We service Sydney and selected locations across NSW. Travel within 25 km of central Sydney is included. For venues outside this area, any travel charges will be included in your quote before you book.
Extra time: available on request, subject to schedule.

Space requirements depend on the simulator setup, equipment and players. Send us the available ceiling height, width and depth, plus photos of the proposed area, so we can assess swing clearance, access and a suitable layout before you book. We need a stable, level surface and access to a standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres. Outdoor locations also need suitable shelter, lighting and weather conditions.

Setup and pack-down take place outside your booked playing time. We’ll confirm venue access, arrival and pack-down arrangements during planning, based on your selected setup and the venue.

We run simple mini games and guided play so everyone can join.

Yes, if conditions allow. Covered areas work best.

Right-handed clubs are included. Please tell us in advance if you need left-handed, women’s or junior clubs. We’ll confirm availability and any additional charges in your quote.
