The Ultimate: IMPACT

Event Types We Support
A setup suited to your venue
Choose the experience you want to create. We’ll help match the simulator setup to your venue, available space and event plans.
Framed simulator setup
A framed enclosure with a screen and hitting area for your golf activity. We assess the available height, width, depth and access before recommending a layout.
Inflatable simulator setup
A larger enclosure that gives the golf a visible presence at your event. We assess its operating space, access, anchoring needs and site conditions before confirming suitability.
Make it fit your event
Add the features that support your event plans. Availability, preparation time and any additional charges are confirmed in your proposal.

Extend the session or plan play across several event periods, subject to availability.
☑ Branding:
Options include a branded competition name, leaderboard graphics, signage and branded balls. We agree the specific items, artwork requirements and production timing in advance.
☑ Lead capture and reporting
Optional lead capture and a simple post-event report can be scoped around your campaign. We agree what information will be collected, how guests choose to participate and what the report will contain.
☑ Additional club requirements
Tell us in advance if your group needs left-handed, women’s or junior clubs. We’ll confirm availability and any additional charges in your quote.
High-Volume Events
Second Golf Bay (matching size)
For larger events, ask about an additional bay. Equipment availability, staffing, venue requirements and pricing are confirmed before booking.
Conditions
Add-ons are confirmed when included on your invoice and paid.
Some upgrades depend on space, power, and access at the venue.

Let’s check your venue
At The Pop Up Golf, we offer several products and experiences, including a compact framed enclosure and a larger inflatable enclosure.
Space and ceiling height
We check the available width, depth and clear overhead height. The layout must allow for the simulator, golf swings, equipment, the operator and waiting guests.
Level surface
Carpet, timber, concrete or artificial turf can work, provided that the setup area is stable and level.
Power
We require one standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres of the setup location. Let us know in advance if the nearest outlet is further away.
Lighting and outdoor conditions
Moderate indoor lighting helps guests see the screen clearly. For outdoor events, we assess shelter, weather exposure and screen visibility before confirming suitability.
Venue Access
Tell us about parking, loading areas, doorways, stairs and lifts so we can plan equipment access and setup time.

We assess outdoor suitability during planning, including shelter, wind, rain and screen visibility. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll discuss available alternatives with you. Any relocation, rescheduling or cancellation is subject to your booking terms.

We service Sydney and selected locations across NSW. Travel within 25 km of central Sydney is included. For venues outside this area, any travel charges will be included in your quote before you book.
