Your mobile golf simulator booking in 5 easy steps
Step 1: Tell us about your event
Share your date, location, approximate guest numbers and playing times. Let us know what you have in mind, whether that is casual entertainment, a competition or an activity visitors can join throughout the day. Give us the basics on our enquiry form ↗ and we’ll help shape the experience, even if the details aren’t finalised.
Step 2: Receive your recommendation and quote
We review your event and venue information, then recommend a setup and playing format. and recommend the setup, format and duration. Your proposal confirms the total price, inclusions, selected extras and any travel costs.
You can review the proposal and ask questions before deciding.
Step 3: Secure your date
To secure your booking, accept your proposal and booking terms and pay a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Step 4: Finalise the plan
We confirm access, setup time, playing times and the agreed activities. Any selected branding or custom elements are arranged in advance.
Your booking information brings the key arrangements together so you and your venue know what to expect.
Step 5: Enjoy the golf
We set up and test the equipment before play begins. Your dedicated operator guides guests and manages turns throughout the booking, then we pack down afterwards.
Your booking duration is playing time. Setup and pack-down take place outside that period.

Will the simulator suit your venue?
At The Pop Up Golf, we offer several products and experiences, including a compact framed enclosure and a larger inflatable enclosure.
Space and ceiling height
We check the available width, depth and clear overhead height. The layout must allow for the simulator, golf swings, equipment, the operator and waiting guests.
Level surface
Carpet, timber, concrete or artificial turf can work, provided that the setup area is stable and level.
Power
We require one standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres of the setup location. Let us know in advance if the nearest outlet is further away.
Lighting and outdoor conditions
Moderate indoor lighting helps guests see the screen clearly. For outdoor events, we assess shelter, weather exposure and screen visibility before confirming suitability.
Venue Access
Tell us about parking, loading areas, doorways, stairs and lifts so we can plan equipment access and setup time.
Suburbs we service
We travel across Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, Wollongong and selected NSW locations. Travel is included within 25 km of central Sydney; other locations are quoted individually. Send us your venue or suburb and we’ll discuss availability and a suitable setup.

No. Your operator explains how to get started, and we can recommend activities for groups with mixed experience. Guests can join in even if they have never played golf before and our team will guide them too.
