Space requirements depend on the simulator setup, equipment and players. Send us the available ceiling height, width and depth, plus photos of the proposed area, so we can assess swing clearance, access and a suitable layout before you book. We need a stable, level surface and access to a standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres. Outdoor locations also need suitable shelter, lighting and weather conditions.

Yes. We service all areas across Greater Sydney, including Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Southwest Sydney. Travel within 25 km of central Sydney is included. For venues outside this area, any travel charges will be included in your quote before you book.

Yes! We cater for corporate events, team activities, brand activations, sporting events, private celebrations and community events. We can adapt the playing format for beginners and experienced golfers. Tell us about your guests, including any children who may participate, so we can recommend suitable equipment and supervision arrangements.

Please provide a suitable space, a stable and level surface, access for our equipment and a standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres. Send venue photos and measurements before booking so we can assess the setup. We supply the agreed simulator equipment and a dedicated operator. Right-handed clubs are included; other club requirements and any additional charges are confirmed in your quote.

A dedicated operator manages the hitting area and briefs guests before play. Players must follow the operator’s instructions and remain clear of the active swing area. Please discuss children’s participation with us in advance so we can assess suitable equipment and supervision for your event.

Setup and pack-down take place outside your booked playing time. We’ll confirm venue access, arrival and pack-down arrangements during planning, based on your selected setup and the venue.

We assess outdoor suitability during planning, including shelter, wind, rain and screen visibility. If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll discuss available alternatives with you. Any relocation, rescheduling or cancellation is subject to your booking terms.

Digital leaderboards are included with selected packages. Branding and lead capture are optional additions, quoted to suit your event. Prizes and branded items are included only where specified in your proposal.

We’ll respond within two business days to discuss availability and next steps. After we confirm a suitable setup, you’ll receive a proposal outlining your inclusions and costs. To secure your booking, accept your proposal and booking terms and pay a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
