Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and services provided by The Pop Up Golf (“we, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you (“the client”) agree to the following Terms:

Bookings and Payments

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates can be scheduled, but are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking after notifying you and The Pop Up Golf will retain the deposit amount.

  • Payments can be made via the methods provided on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event may transfer the deposit to a new available date.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit any payments made to The Pop Up Golf.

  • If severe weather or safety concerns prevent setup, we will work with you to reschedule the booking.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, we will offer either:

    • a full refund of any amounts paid, or

    • an alternative booking date,

      after discussing the available options with the client.

  • Once a refund has been issued, The Pop Up Golf has no further liability in relation to the cancelled booking.

Event Requirements and Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable location for the simulator setup and pack-down, including adequate space, flat ground, and power access.

Safety and Liability

  • Our staff will provide a safety briefing before use.

  • Clients and guests must follow safety instructions and use the equipment responsibly at all times.

  • Clients are responsible for any injury or property damage caused by misuse or negligence.

  • The Pop Up Golf is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from use of our equipment or services, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • The Pop Up Golf carries Public Liability Insurance.

Privacy

  • We collect and store personal information solely to processes bookings and provide our services.

  • By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information for these purposes.

Media and Content

  • The Pop Up Golf may capture photos/videos during the event for marketing purposes.

  • No photography can be requested if received in writing prior to the event.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
