Space and Power requirements
Height: 2.6 metres
Width: 3 metres
Depth: 5 metres
Flooring:
Carpet, timber, concrete or artificial turf are all suitable as long as the surface is relatively level.
Power:
One standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres of the setup location.
Lighting:
Moderate indoor light is ideal. If outdoors, the area should be under shelter (marquee, terrace, or covered area) for both safety and screen visibility.
What’s the process?
Step 1: Tell us about your event
Date and approximate time
Location and suburb
Event type (corporate, birthday, community/activation event etc).
You can do this via our enquiry form ↗ or by scheduling a short consultation call ↗.
Step 2: Space Check and Setup Recommendation
Ceiling height
Rough floor measurements
A few photos or videos of the area
From there we recommend the best layout for your room, garage, backyard or venue. Then we’ll recommend the best package for you based on duration and type of play before your date is locked in with a 20% deposit.
Step 3: Event Day Setup and Hosting
On the day, we arrive 60 - 90 minutes before the event is due to start and we’ll handle:
Unloading and positioning the enclosure
Assembling the screen, matting and protective netting
Connecting and calibrating the launch monitor and projector
Running test shots to confirm alignment and ball flight accuracy
Once guests arrive, your operator:
Welcomes players and explains how it works in simple terms
Manages the rotation so everyone gets turns
Can run minigames such as closest-to-the-pin competitions if requested in advance
Adjusts difficulty and pace to suit your crowd
You don’t need to run anything. You simply enjoy the event alongside your guests.
Step 4: Pack-Down
At the end of the session, we’ll pack everything down and ensure the place looks just as good as when we arrived. Professional and timely service.

A standout feature for 30ths, 40ths, 50ths and other celebrations. Guests can pop up, hit a few shots, then come back later for more hits.
Brand Activations & Promotional Events
A golf simulator attracts attention and foot traffic, making it ideal for marketing activations, trade shows and experiential campaigns.
