At The Pop Up Golf, we offer several products and experiences, including a compact framed enclosure and a larger inflatable enclosure.
Space and ceiling height
We check the available width, depth and clear overhead height. The layout must allow for the simulator, golf swings, equipment, the operator and waiting guests.
Level surface
Carpet, timber, concrete or artificial turf can work, provided that the setup area is stable and level.
Power
We require one standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres of the setup location. Let us know in advance if the nearest outlet is further away.
Lighting and outdoor conditions
Moderate indoor lighting helps guests see the screen clearly. For outdoor events, we assess shelter, weather exposure and screen visibility before confirming suitability.
Venue Access
Tell us about parking, loading areas, doorways, stairs and lifts so we can play equipment access and setup time.

Step 1: Tell us about your event

Step 2: Space Check and Setup Recommendation

From there we recommend the best layout for your room, garage, backyard or venue. Then we’ll recommend the best package for you based on duration and type of play before your date is locked in with a 20% deposit.
Step 3: Event Day Setup and Hosting
On the day, we arrive 60 - 90 minutes before the event is due to start and we’ll handle:
Unloading and positioning the enclosure
Assembling the screen, matting and protective netting
Connecting and calibrating the launch monitor and projector
Running test shots to confirm alignment and ball flight accuracy
Once guests arrive, your operator:
Welcomes players and explains how it works in simple terms
Manages the rotation so everyone gets turns
Can run minigames such as closest-to-the-pin competitions if requested in advance
Adjusts difficulty and pace to suit your crowd
You don’t need to run anything. You simply enjoy the event alongside your guests.
Step 4: Pack-Down
