Pack Conditions
Add-ons are confirmed when included on your invoice and paid.
Travel included within 25 km of Sydney CBD. Outside this area is quoted.
Packs are structured for weekday delivery. Friday–Sunday may incur a surcharge.
Dates must be requested at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
One reschedule per activation is included for weather or venue constraints.
Packs become non-refundable once the first activation is delivered.
Use real event photos for the Packs.
Packs sell trust, scale, and consistency. Silhouettes sell “package structure.” You already have silhouettes doing that job for Warm-Up, Social Butterfly, Ultimate. If you repeat silhouettes for Packs, the page will feel generic and you lose the premium-corporate signal.
Do this layout
Packages (Warm-Up / Social / Ultimate): keep silhouettes. They communicate duration and format fast.
Activation Packs: use real photos. They communicate credibility and “this works in real venues.”
What photos to use for each pack card
Appreciation Pack (3)
Small-to-mid team playing indoors.
Visible smiles, relaxed vibe.
Clean bay, professional look.
No clutter. No kids. No messy backgrounds.
Team Rhythm Pack (6)
Corporate setting with rotation: people waiting, watching, chatting.
Leaderboard moment or someone celebrating a shot.
Shows flow and social energy.
Signature Partnership Pack (12)
Public-facing activation: branded backdrop, larger crowd, queue management.
If you have a shot with signage or a venue logo in-frame, use it.
This tile should look “big event, professionally run.”
Rules to keep it premium
Use photos with good lighting, tidy floors, straight horizons.
Avoid close-ups of clubs/balls only. Show people + setup.
Avoid images where the screen looks washed out, nets look saggy, or cables dominate the frame.
If faces are prominent and you don’t have consent, pick angles from behind or wider shots.
If you only have a few strong photos
Use one strong hero photo above the Packs section, then keep pack cards as clean tiles with:
subtle icon + headline
short copy
“Save X%” badge
That reduces the need for three perfect pack photos while still giving the section real-world proof.
Quick decision guide
If you have 3+ high-quality event photos: photo per pack card.
If you have 1–2 high-quality photos: one hero photo for the Packs section + clean text tiles.
If you have no high-quality photos yet: keep silhouettes temporarily, but add a “Trusted by teams across Sydney” proof row under Packs (Google rating + 2 short testimonials).
If you paste 6–10 candidate photos (or describe them), I’ll tell you which 1–3 to use and which pack each matche
