Space and ceiling height
We check the available width, depth and clear overhead height. The layout must allow for the simulator, golf swings, equipment, the operator and waiting guests.
Level surface
Carpet, timber, concrete or artificial turf can work, provided that the setup area is stable and level.
Power
We require one standard 240V power outlet within 10 metres of the setup location. Let us know in advance if the nearest outlet is further away.
Lighting and outdoor conditions
Moderate indoor lighting helps guests see the screen clearly. For outdoor events, we assess shelter, weather exposure and screen visibility before confirming suitability.
Venue Access
Tell us about parking, loading areas, doorways, stairs and lifts so we can play equipment access and setup time.

Step 1: Tell us about your event
Tell us your preferred date, location, approximate guest numbers and playing times. Let us know what you have in mind, whether that is casual entertainment, a competition or an activity visitors can join throughout the day.

Step 2: Receive your recommendation and quote
Our team will review your venue and recommend the setup, format and duration. Your quote sets out the total price, inclusions and any selected extras, including applicable travel costs.

Step 3: Secure your date
Once you accept the proposal and booking terms, a 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. We provide your payment schedule and outline the remaining details needed.

Step 4: Finalise the Event Plan
We confirm access, setup time, playing times and the agreed activities. Any selected branding or custom elements are arranged in advance.
Your booking information brings the key arrangements together so you and your venue know what to expect.
Step 5: Enjoy the Golf
We arrive at the agreed time, set up and test the equipment before your guests begin. Your operator hosts the golf throughout the booking, then we pack down and remove our equipment.
Your booking duration is the actual playing time. Setup and pack-down are scheduled outside that period. A four-hour booking gives your guests four hours of simulator use.
